Social Worker - Learning Disability Team

2 x Social Workers - to undertake a number of identified tasks such as reviews and assessments, support planning, holding a caseload, be part of the Duty system. Skills and experience required Experience of working with people with a learning disability Experience of undertaking Care Act assessments/ reviews Experience of safeguarding. Experience of working within a Duty system. Effective use of IT. Effective team working skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies and form effective working relationships
