Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a qualified social worker to join Lambeth's intermediate care team.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 2 YEARS UK POST QUALIFYING EXPERIENCE Intermediate Care is looking for three experienced Qualified Social Workers to join their team. Intermediate Care is an integrated team working alongside NHS services to prevent service user's from being admitted into hospital and also provide therapy to service users in the community. Candidates must be exceptional in delivery of services to service users. Preferably hospital discharge experience, or other multidisciplinary team working experience. Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure, be competent in carrying a caseload working in a multi-disciplinary team, dealing with judicial reviews, have excellent working knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding and other complex requirements that occur when dealing with service users and their families. A good working knowledge of MOSAIC would be an advantage. Please note that this role requires a social worker to complete face to face visits in the community, PPE is provided. Comments: Enhanced DBS, Social Work England registration and references must be uploaded with CVs.
