Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within an Adult Mental Health Team for East Sussex Council.

Job Purpose

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, forward-thinking Social Workers to join our friendly teams. We are looking for Social workers who would relish the opportunity to work in a service that is adapting to the challenging demands of our County and open to fresh ideas and new ways of working.
Work alongside practitioners who care as much about individual outcomes as you. Focusing on the strengths and resilience of the person ensuring they are in a safe space and with the specialist support in place to ensure their social care needs are met.

There is likely to be the expectation of working from home in the Covid 19 recovery period which you will be given the opportunity to continue should you wish. You will need to be able to travel across the County to cover the extensive catchment area of the team to fulfil the needs of the role.

Team focus is placing clients in accommodation ultimately stepping them into their own homes. We also focus on Transitions and Transforming Care stepping into accommodation. LAS experience would be helpful.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
