SEN Class Teacher Role with Career Progression | Southwark, South East London
Remedy are working with a Primary school who are looking for an SEN Teacher to work across years 4,5 and 6. You will be working with small classes of 11 with 2 TAs at all times.
Your Role as SEN Class Teacher:
- Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
- Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPs
- Cultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
- Liaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child's holistic progress
- Take an active role in shaping the curriculum and school culture, with space to lead initiatives and pilot new approaches
