PMLD/SLD SEN Teaching Assistant - Gallows Corner, Havering

Remedy Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work with students of a SEN school where the students have severe special needs ranging from ASD and unverbal, to PMLD & SLD. Quite often these students will be wheelchair bound and require either personal care and/or hoisting.

Due to the severity of the special needs the ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN and students with challenging behaviour and built from different fibre.

Your responsibilities will be supporting the students 1:1 and in small groups around the school including indoor and outdoor activities.
