Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Personal Advisor for a Leaving Care Team for a Local Authority in South London.

Job Purpose

To provide help to young people who have left care to make a successful transition into adulthood. The post does this by providing the young people with a range of practical help and support, and by helping the qualified social workers within the Leaving Care Team maintain and implement the young people's Pathway Plans.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
