Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Programme Manager to lead transformation and business change programmes across their organisation.

In this role, you'll oversee the direct management of projects within their delivery function, collaborating closely with service teams and senior stakeholders. Their projects aim to enhance outcomes for Newham's residents while ensuring the council's financial sustainability through revenuegrowth and cost-saving measures.

We welcome candidates with experience in managing programmes in local government who are well versed in leading service change projects that improve services for residents and deliver savings. This role demands a solid grasp of programme and project methodologies, along with a track record of successfully delivering projects from inception to fruition.
