Job description


The Head of Resident Improvement and Delivery will be integral in leading and supporting the ongoing development and implementation of the prevention and early intervention model across the service which will be embedded across the Resident Experience Division. The role will lead a team to achieve objectives in line with the Resident Experience Programme to develop and implement a new Resident Experience Strategy for the Council by improving business processes, engaging with residents and strategic direction and insight of digital platforms. The role will require building strong working relationships with senior managers and their staff in order to gain their full involvement in all stages of service delivery using strong interpersonal skills in order to negotiate and influence priorities and also to resolve conflicts where necessary. The Head of Resident Improvement and Delivery will work in a consultative manner with multiple stakeholder groups, internal and external to the organisation, promoting the We Are Islington model. This role will also be integral to the delivery of the Resident Experience Programme and its objectives.
