Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Housing Income Assistant for a Local Authority in South East London.

Job Purpose

To be responsible for providing an Income management service to customers in accordance with Housing Management policies, procedures and processes on behalf of London Borough.

Supporting customers to pay by providing advice and assistance to enable customers to maintain their tenancies by ensuring that customers have information on welfare benefits and any other income available to them.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
