yOur client, Hounslow Council is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities team.

You will need to be able to help people who have difficulty learning because they are considered autistic, have cerebral palsy or suffer from other conditions. You will be required to help diagnose people with learning disabilities who are in need of special services.

The successful candidate will need to provide a high quality service in relation to all aspects of the assessment and care management process which meet the needs of vulnerable people.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
