HLTA - Sports & Fitness Focus

Location: Greenwich
Pay: £120 - £140 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Hours: 9:00am - 4:00pm

We're looking for an energetic, motivated HLTA with a sports or fitness background to join a welcoming school in Greenwich. This is an exciting, active role supporting health and fitness initiatives for pupils and staff.

The role:

• Deliver and support health and fitness sessions across the school day

• Use your personal training skills to engage and inspire pupils

• Support and record progress in all health-related activities

• Supervise and assist with the after-school staff gym until 4:00pm

• Work closely under line management and direction as part of a collaborative, successful team

You'll need:

• A sports-related qualification (minimum Level 2 Personal Trainer or equivalent)

• Experience or strong confidence working in a gym or sports environment

• Enthusiasm, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills

• The ability to motivate and support young people through physical activity
