Job description

Our client, Hillingdon Council is looking for a Practice Improvement & Performance Manager to join their team.

The main job roles will include providing support to the HoS - Safeguarding. There will be a range of tasks given to the post holder, to help alleviate heavy work-load pressures across the service. The post holder will work closely with the HoS and receive daily/weekly tasks to complete.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
