Our client, Herefordshire Council is looking for a Adult social worker to join the social care team, including mental health, learning disability, physical disability, frailty and safeguarding.

That is why we are now seeking enthusiastic, creative, motivated and forward thinking Social Workers. Based around the county in various locations, you will have immediate access to a wide range of knowledge and skills within established teams.

If you are a qualified, Social Work England registered Social Worker, with relevant experience and a strong commitment to personalised and outcome focused practice, we are keen to welcome you. You will bring a sound knowledge base about adult social work and be able to evidence previous experience in CHC and discharge to assess practice along with strong interpersonal and organisational skills, a developed understanding of social care practice and legislation.

You will need to be:

Social work england registered
Eligible to work in the UK
Atleast 1 year post qualifying experience
