As a Head of Music, you are to maintain clear vision for the department, have high expectations and focused on students' achievement. The school in Greenwich is looking for an individual who will raise the standards of student attainment and achievement within the Music department as well as support students' progress. In addition, you will exemplify your expertise in the subject area, your understanding of the Music curriculum, and be able to lead and support teaching staff within the faculty to maximise their individual practice and development.
