The role is part of a multi-disciplinary team (a joint team with Health and social care) for clients with complex needs aged 18 years and above. Our client requires a social worker with 2+ experience in Learning Disabilities.

The role will initially be for 3 months and the case load will be approximately 25- 30 cases. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MCA, BIA, assessments and reviews.
