Duties will include;

• Travel out of borough for reviews
• Knowledge and experience of completing assessments and support planning
• Knowledge of care management
• Knowledge of safeguarding and the process
• Effective data recording skills
• Experience of MCA and DoLS in the community
• Care Act training; MCA, Safeguarding and Recording training
