Our Client Greenwich Council are looking for a Sagegaurding Support Officer to join their Adults team.

To proactively contribute to the day-to-day work of the Safeguarding Adults Team, ensuring enquiries and referrals are dealt with in a timely manner, with effective decision-making, signposting, processing & monitoring; in line with team and departmental operational policies and procedures. To effectively deliver a range of team rotas, including the team duty rota. To liaise with Safeguarding Adults Managers, for guidance and direction in relation to case issues. To ensure confidentiality of information relating to adults at risk, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Contribute to the safety of adults at risk in the borough with active input in meetings, panels, projects and initiatives with Safeguarding Adults Board partners, working together in partnership with people who need safeguarding support, the broader community and across organisations.
