Our client, Gloucestershire County is looking for a Service Manager to join their children with disabilities team.

You will need experience in the management and improvement of disabled children's teams. This role will cover both safeguarding (CIN, CP, CIC), short breaks fostering and early help provision for children and young people with a disability in Gloucestershire. The role will inclue supporting the team managers to ensure work in undertaken to delivery quality services for children with disabilities. This will include monitoring performance, oversight of audit actions, dip sampling, implementing improvement plans, ensuring regulatory requirements are met for the fostering service, chairing of joint funding panels, and monitoring SENDIST tribunal work.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
