Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a Family Support Worker for a Local Authority in West London.

Job Purpose

• To offer professional support to families where children are identified with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties that are impacting on their development, attainment and general well being.
• To offer interventions designed to improve the capacity of families to offer effective parenting including direct parenting work, developing extended networks of support and aiding families in accessing appropriate financial, housing and child care
• To offer support and advice to SAFE 0-18 team members in the areas outlined above.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
