The school is looking for a gifted graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will should have a supportive and caring attitude that will be obvious in your approach to helping students. You will have a good understanding of how to work with children and will be able to remain calm and rational in situation that are unfamiliar to them,

In this EYFS Teaching Assistant post, you will be supporting classes as and when needed within the Early Years phase and you will be taking on class-leading responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include helping teachers to support the classrooms and work with mixed ability pupils.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be aiding the development of pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis. No day will be the same and you will gain valuable in-class experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
