Job description
Our client, Doncaster MBC is looking for an Interim AD to join their team.
This role is in addition to their current structure, to assist the DCSF whilst they are focusing on a case review. This role is to ensure the improvement plan is on track with the Trust. To identify any areas where additional improvements are required, address this and really confront performance challenges.
This is a colloborative approach so rapport skills and working in a contract environment is a must
Tasks determine the location so a mixture of remote working and site meetings
This role is considered to be part of the leadership team
The role is caught by IR35
It is essential the candidate is experienced in the below
- Understand the practice and QA side
- Understanding commissioning & contract management side
- Complex abuse side and serious case review experience
It is also imperative the canddiate has experience of working in an under performing areana and got stuck in to get the levels and standards nack up to good or outstanding
