Job description

Our client Cornwall Council are looking for a QSW to join their Learning Disabilities Older People/ Physical Disabilities team

Although these roles are full time, part time will be considered
The role is primarily working from home but home visit's may be required from time to time

Need to be able to comply with Government guidelines from 11th November by having a Covid 19 vaccination to enter a CQC registered care home (Vaccination of people working or deployed in care homes: operational guidance-Gov.UK)

The roles will work from home and cover the 3 Integrated Care Areas
Social Worker - to carry out a Care Act review ensuring eligibility and supporting people to maximise their independence utilising community assets.
As part of the review consider any opportunities for alternative support including joint care funding with health

Looking for social workers with experiences in

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with Social Work England
  • ASYE completed
