Site Manager / Caretaker - Essex

This is a medium sized Alternative Provision that aim for their pupils to reach their full potential and to be the best versions of themselves. The pupils who attend this provision have a range of SEN; SEMH/ CAMHS/ ASD/ ADHD/ Challenging Behaviour. Very successful and a supportive Senior Leadership Team, with a Headteacher who is a true visionary.

This full time position has arisen at this Alternative provision for a Caretaker who is available immediately. You must have experience working in a setting as a Site Manager / Caretaker where students attend or your CV will not be shortlisted

The Successful Site manager / Caretaker;

• You will have liaised with contractors as a Caretaker, (ie cleaning staff) in a school setting
• You must have experience and responsibility for assessment management and property of the school / provision you work/ worked in
• Must have experience with the Health & Safety of the school site you have worked in and in identifying the problems as a Caretaker/ Site Manager
• You have an Enhanced & clear DBS with the update service
• Liaised with the Business manager about financial Costs
• You have experience interacting directly with the Head/ Students/ Staff on the school premises
