We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and qualified Business Studies Teacher to join our dynamic secondary Team. As a key member of our teaching staff, you will inspire and educate students in KS3 and KS4, preparing them for their GCSE and A-level exams, and contributing to the development of our curriculum and departmental extra-curricular activities.

Day to Day of the role:

• Plan, deliver, and mark engaging Business Studies lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-level examinations with thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum.
• Provide feedback and support to students to promote their academic and personal development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
• Contribute to the development of teaching resources and curriculum planning.
• Participate in and contribute to the school's extra-curricular activities.
• Attend staff meetings, parents' evenings, and other school events as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A relevant degree and a PGCE or equivalent in Business Studies or a related subject.
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher) status.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at the secondary level.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Business Studies.
• Excellent pedagogical skills to engage and motivate students.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Working hours are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday.
