Duties will be;
To manage a team of Business Intelligence Staff.
To ensure high quality data collation, management and reporting as required by the Social Care (Adults and Childrens), Education and Housing teams.
To support the ongoing improvement of the Business Intelligence Function.
To lead on the integration of the Adult and Children's social care data systems, which is pivotal in the integration of social services
To ensure robust data quality and management within all areas of data activity.
To lead on the development and completion of performance reports, including the Quarterly Service Report and cloud-based performance dashboards.
To lead on the preparation and collation of data for internal and external inspection processes, including Peer Review, Peer Challenge.
To lead on the robust and timely delivery of statutory reports and returns.
To lead on the robust and timely delivery of Freedom of Information Requests.
To liaise with identified managers in order to support performance and data requirements and improve performance and quality.
To analyse and interpret data to identify the need for policy changes, providing advice and expertise to policy makers
To provide support for the Quality assurance audit processes.
To ensure robust data quality is implemented in line with Council Policy.
