A welcoming Primary school in Lambeth is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. You will be working with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs), and other behavioural challenges.

This full-time role is ideal for Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology graduates, or anyone with a passion for supporting children's emotional and behavioural development.

As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils in managing emotions and behaviour, both in and outside of the classroom. You'll help to create a safe and structured learning environment, supporting academic engagement and promoting emotional well-being.
