ASD Teaching Assistant - South East London

I am actively recruiting Graduate Learning Support Assistants who fit this description for my schools' 1:1 and group SEN support requirements. These opportunities become available throughout the academic year, with multiple opportunities available ASAP!!

  • Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Long term - full academic year
  • £70 - £85 per day, depending on experience
  • Will consider recent graduates, SEN experience preferred

About the role of Graduate Learning Support Assistant:

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant you will work with small groups of children and a 1:1 basis. Your role will be to assist the learning needs of children with SEN which can include one or more of the following: ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, Complex needs, Down's Syndrome, SEMH, Speech and language delay.

Requirements for Graduate Learning Support Assistant:

For this Graduate Learning Support Assistant opportunity, attitude and passion for working with SEN is everything! I am looking for graduate level education with some relevant experience in either a paid or voluntary capacity. These roles are really not about years of experience, so if your experience is limited please still enquire!

The schools you will work in as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant:

I work with a variety of schools within South East London, mainstream, SEN schools and specialist provisions/resource bases supporting a variety of SEN. Age range is primary - secondary level, dependant on preference. The Graduate Learning Support Assistants I recruit will receive specialised training from the schools and through Remedy SEN. Many of the graduates recruited for these roles have gone on to build successful careers in their chosen fields.
