Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking a Qualified Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) to work within a Local Authority in East London.

Job Purpose

1. Working with individual service users in hospital and in the community including placements providing advice, assistance, assessment, review, or other forms of social work assistance within HCPC parameters with the aim of enhancing the outcomes for service users and carers.

2. Comply with the statutory requirements of the relevant childcare, mental health or Care Act legislation and in line with the requirements of the Council's policies and procedures.

3. Respond to requests for assistance, taking sufficient basic information about the needs in question to be able to determine the level and type of assessment required as per Care Act and other legislative requirements.

4. Maintain case records and fulfil procedures and statutory duties in line with national and local policies, practices and procedures. To include HCPC requirements.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered
