Remedy Recruitment Group is currently looking for an experienced youth offending team manager to fill a full-time role in South London.

Requirements of the Youth Offending Team Manager:

- Recent experience of working within youth offending
- Must have experience of working at a Senior level.
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current HCPC registration

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and competencies:
*** Educated to a very good level with qualifications that demonstrate a commitment to continued personal and professional development with good Maths and English skills
*** Good level of written and verbal communication ability and good IT skills
*** A very good knowledge and understanding of working with and supporting people with demonstrable experience of working with children and young people aged 8 to 19 who display criminal, angry, difficult, challenging and aggressive behaviour.
