The post-holder will be accountable for the monitoring of delivery and analysis of strategic Business Change Programmes and supporting development of the governance framework. To assure the quality and accuracy of planning and reporting across projects and programmes, capture and disseminate lessons learned and emerging best practice to drive present and future programme development.

To manage the small PMO team within the governance processes established for the Programme portfolio.

This will include set up and continuation of appropriate reporting frameworks, alignment to programme governance cycles, ensuring programme level risks and issues are highlighted and managed and supporting the Business Change leads and Project Managers in delivery of consistent outputs.

To support procurement and implementation of a project portfolio management tool to underpin governance and delivery and provide functionality for consistent standards, insight and analysis.
