This role is;

To ensure a systematic and co-ordinated approach to clinical wheelchair management exists in relation to the services functions and products. This includes clinical evaluation of products, clinical audits of service functions/processes, clinically related quality assurance and performance management, learning and development and clinical health and safety related matters.

Use evidence based knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake highly complex clinical assessment, prescription, training and advice on wheelchairs, posture and pressure care to clients in their own homes, wheelchair clinic, school, day centre or place of work as most appropriate.

To ensure CES complies fully with nationally recognised clinical and regulatory standards, including targets for clinical excellence.

To ensure that CES complies fully with its Health and Safety regulatory and practice requirements across all aspects of the business.
