Job description
The role of a Strategic Communication Manager, will involve protecting and enhancing reputation of our client through exceptional strategic communications. As well as reputation management and insight into audience segmentation and behaviour, you'll understand the client's business model and KPIs and the context in which the organisation operates. This is essential to preparing our client for the many and varied communications tasks that is faces and build the credibility to challenge leadership where appropriate. What you do will underpin the delivery of our Client's City for All priorities through campaigns that influence behavioural change and audience perceptions.
As well as an impressive background in creating effective multimedia communications strategies, you'll bring budget and line management within a marketing and communications environment, and a solid grasp of design, digital and print projects.
You'll know how to manage stakeholders to minimise reputational risk and build credibility in a political environment. Your passion for communications will be clear from your industry influences, memberships and interest in relevant events and knowledge of the latest innovations in your area.
