Remedy Recruitment Group are looking to recruit a social worker to work as a wellbeing officer on behalf of a local authority based in East London.

As a wellbeing officer you will:

• Work to promote independence, choice and control.
• Undertake wellbeing assessments.
• Create and maintain reports and letters.
• Identify if there is a need to refer to Adult Social Care or Health Services

• Considerable post qualifying experience
• QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care or
• NVQ Level 3 in promoting independence or
• A willingness to obtain these qualifications
