Our Client Warrington Council are looking for a Qualified social worker to complete applications to the Court of Protection team.

Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 together with skill and experience of making COP applications is essential.

You will be part of an inclusive and supportive team, where you will be really valued and you will have the opportunity to shape and improve the services we deliver to our growing population.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
