A social worker with Adoption Experience is required for an interim placement in the Adoption and Permanence Team in Wandsworth Council.

Duties as an Adoption children's Social Worker include:
* Assisting in the development of the service
* Carrying out assessments and reviews
* Undertaking interviews of prospective adopters
* Guiding, assisting and advising social workers and junior members of staff when necessary
