Based in Loughton

Full time: 8am-5.30pm

Salary: Competitive (based on experience) plus excellent commission

Remedy Recruitment Group are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team. We've been busier than ever due to the pandemic, and are looking to grow our team to keep up with a high tutor demand. This is a 3600 role working with both candidates and clients, managing your own accounts advertising vacancies and developing our business into new areas.

Your main duties would be:

• resourcing and interviewing candidates
• business development/bringing on board new clients
• networking and advertising

The skills, knowledge and experience I am looking for:

• up-to-date and informed on education sector
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• sales experience or experience in customer services
• genuine empathy, concern and interest in student's welfare
• knowledge of policies relating to safeguarding children and child protection
