Working to the Director of Housing Assets

* Support the review of a new repairs organisational structure and operating model.

* Provide effective leadership to the Repairs Service with a headcount of c. 30 staff. To ensure that the procurement, quality and performance of contractors is at the highest standard for our residents.

* Meaningfully engage with residents to improve services, reduce costs and develop neighbourhoods where people enjoy and want to live.

* Create a culture of performance and budget management where there is a direct link between costs, excellent services and right first-time repairs.

* Drive down the costs and increase satisfaction in the services provided.

* Lead on the streamlining of business processes and systems across the repairs service, including digital to drive efficiencies in service delivery to residents.

* Participate and report on the out of hours service for repairs.
