Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to work within a MASH service for a Local Authority based in West London.

Job Purpose

• To ensure the Intake Team continues to deliver a high-quality service for children at risk of harm, children in need and children in care, in accordance with legal requirements, government initiatives and the council's policies and procedures.
• Manages child protection services provided by the Intake Team for all children living in the brough at risk of significant harm.
• Manage the services provided by the Intake Team to children needing to become looked after by the Local Authority.

• To assist and support the Head of Service in managing the delivery of excellent child care practice through the effective management and supervision of a team Social Work professionals.

You will need to be:

HCPC registered

Eligible to work in the UK
