Job description
Team Manager - Oldham Council, Greater Manchester - Long Term Team - Up to £40ph!
In the role you will manage a busy team of experienced social workers to deliver effective services that safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 social workers and a senior practitioner. The Team is responsible for - Abu please fill in and then the responsibilities for me.
In order to deliver in this role, you will require the skills needed to drive safe practice; continually develop inter-agency working and ensure that all services fully support the social work task and the wider early help and safeguarding systems.
