Team Manager - Sheffield City Council - Fostering Connected Care Service - Up to £40ph + Negotiation!
Our Fostering Connected Care service in Sheffield is looking for an agency manager to supervise a new team of social workers who are specifically working on Regulation 24 and viability assessments. You must have leadership and management experience to apply and be able to performance manage. Our social care system is Liquid Logic and we use the Signs of Safety model in Sheffield. This new team has been created in order to support fieldwork teams and therefore good working relationships are essential. You must be social work qualified and registered with significant experience in fostering services.
The fostering service is based in Moorfoot building in the city centre and there will be an expectation to work via a hybrid model of working partly in the office and partly working from home. Full time applications only.
