Team Manager- Adults

If you are a Qualified Social Worker with a background working with Children in Need, we want to hear from you.

You will be building effective relationship with the Child in question, to ensure a fully integrated and holistic approach.

Main duties include:

* screening assessments - to determine possible OT and Care Act needs;
* All OT intake for all ages (paediatrics, AAD, LD, MH, and OPPD)
* receiving safeguarding referrals and completing initial safeguarding fact finding;
* management of "no replies" from care agencies and other partners including ensuring welfare checks and onward referrals;
* signposting to community organisations to promote self resilience and maintain independence

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
• Registration with Social Work England
• ASYE complete
• Experience with Children in Need
