Teaching Assistants/LSA - Supportive Secondary School - Borough of Greenwich

A great opportunity for an SEN TA or learning support assistant to work within the SEN department of a mainstream secondary school has recently arisen. This position will start ASAP and continue on a full time basis for the academic year.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis and group basis

The school is located very close to an over ground station and its location makes it an easy commute from any South East London area.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 6 months experience within a school or child related environment
  • Able to successfully carry out 1:1 support
  • A Genuine passion for Education and to making a positive difference
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Both a friendly and professional manor
