The Role As a Day-to-Day Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support children across EYFS, KS1 or KS2-depending on your strengths.
• Assist in creating a positive, nurturing learning environment.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support where needed.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Step confidently into different classrooms and routines each day.
• Bring energy, patience, and flexibility to every lesson.
