Job description
out client Tameside Council are looking for a Full time Social Worker (36 hours) required for Tameside Leaving Care Service.
The successful candidate will have a good level of experience of Care and Pathway Planning for Cared for Children. Supporting a case load of 16/17year old Eligible care leavers, you will be required to carry out statutory CLA duties whilst supporting their transition to independence and adult life. You will work to achieve best outcomes for all young people in line with the Corporate Parenting principles.

Regular supervision and direct access to advice and support.
Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
