Job description

Our client Tameside Council are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their ICUT & Neighbourhood team.

This is an exciting opportunity to come and work for Tameside Adult's Services

We are looking for experienced social workers to join our Neighbourhood Teams and Integrated Urgent Care Team and we are currently offering excellent rates of pay of up to £30 per hour dependant on experience.

It's an exciting time to come and work for us as you will be joining the team at a time of transformation and great investment into services for adults and social work practice.

You will take the lead on supporting adults to live well at home. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team and your work will include undertaking assessments, direct work with adults and families, Court work and formulating and implementing Support Plans.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
