Job description

Our client, Swindon Borough Council is looking for an assistant team manager to join their Leaving Care Team for a minimum period of 6 months. To operationally manage and supervise the team to ensure high quality service to children; focussed on good outcomes with timely interventions at the right level; within statutory guidelines and within given resource and budget availability.

Essential requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
* Registration with Social Work England
* ASYE completed
