Our client, Sutton Council, is looking for an experienced Social Worker to join their Transitions Team. You will need to be able to work with young people who are moving from Children's services into Adult services and supporting them to prepare for adulthood.

Our Client is looking for someone who will have the highest professional standards, a strong desire to help others, be emotionally mature and be able to show dignity and respect to people from all minorities. Knowledge of current legislation pertaining to transition of young people is essential and you will need to be willing to contribute to developments.

You will need to be:
