This role is a non case holding management role and involves supervising 6-7 Social workers and 1 Advanced Practitioner.

This role will need someone who has;

1. Ability to work at a pace
2. Ability to run duty, keeping on top of all missing children and return home interviews
3. Good supervision skills
4. Knowledge of long term looked after children work
5. Some knowledge of Adoption processes

Team Manager's are currently working from home, as lock down eases, this will become 1-2 days per week in the office growing to 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home.

All equipment will be provided alongside PPE when needed.
