This is an ongoing interim post for a Team Manager to join the Guildford Child Locality team as a Manager.

The successful candidate will have;

1. Previous Team Manager experience
2. Ability and Skill to nurture and teach
3. understanding of Family Safeguarding model/Systemic Practice/Signs of Safety
4. Experience of Court work and Safeguarding
5. Able to meet deadline and timescales#

The team are a Family Safeguarding Team that supports family subject to Child in Need, Child Protection and Court proceedings. The team has 5 Social Workers along with Specialist Workers and Family Support Workers. It is a stable and settled team with varied experience.
