Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
• Work with individuals and small groups to enhance learning.
• Assist with behaviour management and pastoral care.
• Provide additional support to pupils with SEND needs where required.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (or similar role) is desirable.
• Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• A patient, caring, and adaptable attitude.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
